Ron Garney's sketchy, occasionally uncontoured art is the big winner on this book. If you're a Gene Colan fan, I think you'll find something to enjoy. If you're a Tom Mandrake fan, wait until you see what he's trying to do done better.

This issue must take place in February because love is in the air, over and over and over and over again. Come for the inks, stay for the 'Groundhog Day with a new cast every 80 years' storyline.
