Exactly! Just like Norman Osborne! and others!
While not the Secret Empire sorbet you may want, it is a pretty well thought out concept, with solid art.
Highly recommended for those who like the Kingpin (even though he doesn't have a tie pin that shoots out sleeping gas, a fashion accessory that all politicians secretly want), and those who think that comics just aren't political enough.
