Ah, let's pause a moment to appreciate Image as a publisher. A book from them is like mainlining the creator's true vision directly into your eye-holes. Guess sometimes lack of editorial influence can be a good thing. Anyway, Maneaters has a great premise, solid art, and it comes in a package that would give Paper Girls a run for the money. Look at it like a shovel full of fun in your effort to fill a Saga sized pit. Highly recommended for those who enjoyed the excellent Mockingbird series that Marvel cancelled too soon, and anybody who was sad that Marvel cancelled the Vision series a few days after they announced it.
